In her role at Better Boundaries, Bethany supports policy, programs, and community engagement to strengthen ethical governance and fair representation across Utah. Before joining Better Boundaries, Bethany served as the Systems Director at the Utah Coalition Against Sexual Assault (UCASA), where she led statewide policy efforts and training to improve institutional responses for survivors of sexual assault as well as launching the statewide sexual assault helpline. Bethany studied political science at Brigham Young University and has worked extensively in Utah politics, including on several campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels. A dedicated community advocate, Bethany also volunteers with the Court Appointed Special Advocate Program and as a victim advocate for The Refuge Utah.
