Noah has been involved in Better Boundaries’ fight for fair redistricting since 2017, starting as a paid signature gatherer and working his way through a variety of roles, including serving as the organization’s executive director. He has been a member of Better Boundaries’ board of directors since 2021 and board chair since 2025. Noah is an attorney specializing in the intersection of politics and law, and practices as an associate at Jenner & Block LLP. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2024 and his B.A. in History from the University of Utah in 2016.
