Tim has been a Board member of Better Boundaries since 2017, and served as Chair for six years. He earned a Ph.D. at the University of Utah where he taught courses in the Departments of Political Science and History and Communication as well as international students in the English Language Institute.
For 24 years he led Hinckley Institute of Politics one-week seminars in Washington, D.C., and taught five different law courses. Since 2007 he has taught the U’s Osher Institute’s course Current Issues in American Public Affairs and Politics each term.
Each month Tim speaks to groups at the Millcreek Library and at 10 senior citizen residences, and occasionally to the news media.
