Together, Let’s Defend Our Right to Reform

The Utah State Constitution gives us as Utahns the right to reform our government through citizen initiatives. On July 11, 2024, the Utah Supreme Court upheld that right UNANIMOUSLY. Every Utahn benefits when we are able to engage civically–together–to make our government work better for all of us. That’s why the framers of Utah’s constitution worked so hard to defend our right to reform. However, this November, an amendment is on the ballot–in which a few politicians are trying to take that right away. 

We are a coalition of Utahns from across the political spectrum and throughout the state who oppose this amendment. Join our citizen-led movement to protect our power and push back on overreaching politicians!
